REFLECTION

Second Grading had been finished. Many lessons have been tackled in this quarter. a lot of quizzes, exercises or activities are made. Second grading is more complex not just like in the past quarter. Here, if you are not listening nor attending the computer class definitely you will not gain something or you will not understand those lessons especially when activities came.
In this quarter I have learn a lot like html tags at the same time their uses. Tags which are use in reformatting, to bold such text or sentences and others. It's just easy if you in focus while discussions.
I hope in the next quarter more lessons would be tackled again so that our knowledge about computers will be added.

Breaking Barriers Through English

Hmmmm...Spokening Dollars!!!Yes, it is the Filipino way of expression when someone is heard over speaking English on beyond formal occasions or gathering. Thus, many find it too that speaking English is a sign of showiness or boastfulness. It is because that in our homes or interpersonal relations, we are ought to speak in our native tongue or in Filipino. But it is not as bad as in narrow minded people know that speaking English as a means of our day to day communication is simply priding out , it is because English is a universal language. Everybody is welcome to use it regardless of your nationality, race or your position in the society.
Since the start of the century, English had been the language of the classrooms, from grade one to university for what linguists today call an integrative rather than an instrumental function. It is the medium of instructions in Philippine schools and one of the subjects in the school curriculum. From the basic identifying sounds of letters and to the most complex lesson.
However, in today's time, not all graduates can speak or write English correctly. It is because of the many barriers that prevent them from learning. Thus, the breaking of these is necessary and then to identify what those barriers are. Aside from misinterpretations of using English as a means of communication at home or w/ acquaintances, is its interests or desire of learning; others may also have an over self-confidence or egocentric. Another barrier is cellphone and other electronic gadgets and appliances. Progress is not bad unless it is misused or abused. Text messaging affect a lot in enhancing correct English. The children are partly creating a new world with grammatically wrong communications. Te lack of books and other reading and instrumental materials especially in public schools also count to it . Through all of these few identified barriers we can somehow lessen if not break all these barriers.
Encouragement and giving inspirations tom students is one way or the other of ending up those barriers. By putting interests in learning and avoiding the "jejemon" language. Broadening our knowledge through continuous learning hence, preventing to carry out what we think is undefined in order to have a more progressive learning in English.
